The National Health and Social Care Strategic Information Governance Network (SIGN) acknowledge the work of its peers with Annual Awards.

You can nominate anyone for the below categories in no more then 300 words, detailing why you think they are deserving. Your details will be used to validate nominations and where someone you have nominated is a winner, your name may be disclosed to them, unless you state otherwise.
