Changes to Entry level on the Data Security and Protection Toolkit
This applies to Charities, Dentists, NHS Business Partners, Opticians, Pharmacy and Researchers.
Entry level was introduced to allow some types of organisations to demonstrate they had critical data security measures in place to enable them to access NHS Mail.
With the NHS Mail waiver being extended to 30th June 2021 the ability of organisations to publish an entry level is being withdrawn from 5th March 2021.
Organisations completing the Data Security and Protection who were considering publishing at Entry level should continue working towards Standards met and publish when they achieve Standards met.
